Please test the new beta version that includes the heatmap module : download on http://www.phpmyvisites.us/downloads.html
To enable the plugin, go to Administration > Manage plugins > Enable the clickheat plugin.

It would be complementary and interesting to have some click heatmap as done here http://www.labsmedia.com/clickheat/
perhaps by including this work in phpMyVisites or doing something similar.
